If a repair is recommended and can be completed during the same visit, we will explain the options and pricing first and proceed only with your approval. When parts are not available on-site or additional work is required, you will still leave with documented findings and the next steps needed to finish the job.

Warranty repairs may be available when applicable and are performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms, eligibility requirements, and approval process. Coverage depends on the product, install date, and current warranty status.

Does it come with a warranty?

Extended warranty eligibility, when available, is based on factors such as install date and product registration.

What happens if I don't like it?

Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed once submitted. If your order has not entered processing and has not shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. If a cancellation is approved, any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable costs such as supplier fees, payment processing fees, freight charges, or special order deposits. Orders that have entered processing, are special order or drop shipped, or have shipped cannot be canceled.

How fast is shipping?

Shipping time depends on the item, supplier availability, and freight requirements. Small parts typically ship faster than large equipment. After you place an order, we will provide an updated status and tracking information when available. Freight shipments require delivery coordination and may take additional time.

What's the returns policy?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. All returns require approval and return authorization. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and supplier restocking fees may apply. Special order, drop ship, and freight items may have limited or no return eligibility depending on the manufacturer and supplier.
