Return Rules Summary (Refund Policy)

Returns accepted for 30 days from the delivery date (based on carrier tracking). Return requests after 30 days are not accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts/accessories included.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we sent the wrong item.

Restocking fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Final sale items (no returns)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Hazmat / regulated batteries (including lithium and energy storage batteries)

• Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
  

How to start a return

Email info@coregenerators.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
