What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, and we offer financing on eligible purchases. We also accept Zelle, wire transfer, and check (where applicable).

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days on most products. Certain items are non-returnable, including products classified as hazardous materials. Because return terms vary by item, each product is subject to its individual return policy as shown on the product listing.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed once submitted. Certain products are non-cancellable and non-changeable due to supplier processing, special-order status, or fulfillment timing. Approved changes may be subject to additional costs. If cancellation isn’t permitted, the order will be fulfilled at the buyer’s expense.

How do I set up my new generator?

Setup depends on the type of generator you purchased:

Portable generators: We recommend reviewing the start-up checklist (oil, fuel type, grounding guidance if applicable, and safe outdoor placement). If you’d like, our certified generator technicians can perform initial start-up, inspection, and operational coaching so you’re ready to run it safely and correctly.

Standby/home backup generators: These require site-specific installation by a properly licensed installer. Once installed and ready, we can provide commissioning and start-up support (manufacturer-trained procedures), system checks, and owner walkthroughs for most major brands.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes. Most products we sell include a manufacturer’s warranty (coverage and term vary by brand/model). Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s policy and may require registration, proof of purchase, and troubleshooting steps.

In addition, we provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on service work performed by our technicians (for example: commissioning/startup, maintenance, and repair services we perform). This covers workmanship-related issues with that service. It does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty, and it does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, weather/events, or work performed by third-party installers/contractors.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently do not ship internationally due to federal regulations and export restrictions. We only ship within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link. You can also track it anytime from your account: Account → Orders → View order → Tracking. If you don’t see tracking yet, it may still be processing or awaiting carrier pickup—reach out and we’ll help.
