The 60 kW high speed 3600 RPM model is offered without a catalyst. For 2.4 L 60 kW configurations, a catalyst is not included. For 4.5 L 60 kW configurations, a catalyst option is available and is required for installation in California and Massachusetts.

Quiet Test self test mode runs the generator at a lower RPM for a five minute exercise cycle to help confirm system readiness while using less fuel. The exercise schedule can be set to run weekly, biweekly, or monthly. TruePower technology delivers power quality with less than 5 percent total harmonic distortion to support sensitive electronics and appliances.

Protector Series standby generators include a five year limited warranty. Controls are designed for straightforward monitoring, with the Evolution controller used on 22 to 100 kW models and the Power Zone 410 controller used on 130 to 150 kW models. Both controllers feature multi line displays to help track status and maintenance intervals. The Power Zone 410 supports an optional NFPA 110 controller kit for certain system control requirements.

Connectivity is built in for monitoring and support. Standard Wi Fi and Ethernet connectivity is included on 22 to 100 kW models, and cellular connectivity is included on 130 to 150 kW models. These features enable Mobile Link monitoring for the owner and fleet monitoring for the servicer, including operating status and maintenance schedule visibility, with the option to connect to authorized servicers for assistance.

The enclosure is an all aluminum design with RhinoCoat powder coating for corrosion resistance in outdoor conditions. Generac generators and engines are engineered and built in the USA and assembled using domestic and foreign parts.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes. Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer and the specific product. If warranty service is applicable, repairs are performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and approval process. Extended warranty eligibility, when available, is based on factors such as install date and product registration.

What happens if I don't like it?

Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed once submitted. If your order has not entered processing and has not shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. If a cancellation is approved, any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable costs such as supplier fees, payment processing fees, freight charges, or special order deposits. Orders that have entered processing, are special order or drop shipped, or have shipped cannot be canceled.

How fast is shipping?

Shipping time depends on the item, supplier availability, and freight requirements. Small parts typically ship faster than large equipment. After you place an order, we will provide an updated status and tracking information when available. Freight shipments require delivery coordination and may take additional time.

What's the returns policy?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. All returns require approval and return authorization. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and supplier restocking fees may apply. Special order, drop ship, and freight items may have limited or no return eligibility depending on the manufacturer and supplier.
